My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and found the Adina apartment to be just what we needed. Large rooms with comfortable beds, all necessary cooking and cleaning equipment and location was central to Perth tourist sites and transport. Good value for money and we happily would stay there again if we have the chance to visit Perth again.

I can highly recommend the Adina Barrack Plaza. This hotel is so much better than regular hotels due to the extra spacious rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which made our 11 day stay so much more enjoyable due to having a lounge room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect as it adjoins the mall. Many convenience stores, supermarkets in very close proximity. Will definitely stay at this property again

The room is in need of complete refurbishment. Very old and uncomfortable furniture, advertised with a balcony which we found looked straight into a carpark and line up of rubbish bins. Not as clean as it should have been. Absolute minimum of kitchen utensils, bowls etc. Wifi would not stay connected , swimming pool a big disappointment and very noisy lifts. The only positive was the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I'm one night into a four night stay in a studio apartment, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Adina Apartment Hotel on Barrack Street! I received a very warm welcome upon arrival and was given clear and complete instructions about my stay. My studio apartment (36) is exactly as it appeared in the photos, arguably larger than the photos imply. I've got an amazing city view from the generous balcony., The room was spotlessly clean when i arrived, and has been cleaned today whilst I was out exploring the city. The location is fabulous: walking distance from anywhere in the CBD, with great transport links to anywhere further afield. The kitchenette includes a decent size fridge with small freezer compartment, a sink and everything you need to wash up, plentiful crockery, glassware, and cutlery, as well as a microwave and kettle. There's even an iron and ironing board! Storage is plentiful, the wardrobe having a huge double mirror frontage. The king-size bed (two conjoined singles, as is the industry standard) is very comfortable, as are the four pillows. The seating area inside is also very comfortable and there are cushions for the two balcony chairs in the wardrobe. The air-conditioning is efficient, quiet, and the remote-control is easy to understand (I loved being able to adjust during the night without getting out of bed!). The pool is small, but perfectly formed! I had it all to myself for most of the afternoon. If I was forced to find something negative about my stay, I'd say the coffee supplies could be replenished when the rooms are cleaned (there's a lot of green tea!). But I'm an absolute glutton for coffee in the morning, so that's really nitpicking!!! I'm so happy to have chosen Adina Apartment Barrack Street, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
